HOW IT WORKS
We offer various courses delivered online to clients to assist and educate in the areas of general business, operations, management, maintenance, reliability, planning and scheduling and other related areas.
The courses are offered for varying periods with no minimum time limit to complete the course. Clients are to register and sign up for the various courses and make payment according to the course chosen.
REGISTRATION FOR ONLINE COURSES
You need to first fill in your registration details that are required in the online form to gain access to one of our courses. Depending on your choice of membership plan, you must choose the appropriate course and make the relevant payment in advance in order to sign up to our website to access our courses, information and any associated services.
By providing your credit card details, you authorise us and agree to any instalment membership fee being automatically deducted from your credit card or other nominated payment method when payment is due unless you or we cancel the membership in accordance with the below Cancellation terms.
Payments must be made and received in full before any course can be completed and course certificates are provided for successful completion.
AGREEMENT FOR OUR SERVICES
When join to our website and use our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• You will not share your password or login details with any other person and you will keep your contact, payment and other information updated;
• You warrant that all information you provide is true, correct, up-to-date and accurate personal information and details;

The course material, such as instruction manuals and training exercises, including online training and self-paced course material, is protected by copyright and cannot be copied by you or any other person, without our express written permission.
In particular, you may not share, copy, make derivative works or modify in any manner, or redistribute this Material in any medium or format at any time. Our Materials are for your individual personal use only and may not be used for commercial or other non-individual purposes. It is for your own personal use and may not be used for any other use without our express written permission. All training course material provided to you, or presented to you during the training course, is our confidential proprietary information for the sole use of you as the person participating in the course.
GENERAL

We will use our best endeavors to ensure the website is always available and virus free but from time-to-time, and in some instances, this may not be the case as it may be out of our immediate control. We will endeavor to notify you if the website becomes unavailable for any lengthy and unusual time period.
You agree and acknowledge that the website uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary software, hardware, service and storage.
You agree you will not transmit any viruses, malware, worms, etc. of any kind and that you will not upload, post, host or transmit unsolicited material or messages to the website.
CANCELLATION, REFUND AND TERMINATION
CANCELLATION AND REFUND: You can cancel your course and our Services at any time within 30 days of payment in writing to [email protected]. You must cancel your membership in writing by notifying us and requesting a refund with your reason for cancellation. A full refund less an administration fee of USD 150 will be provided if you have complied with our terms.
You may also cancel at any time after this 30-day period but unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds after this time. We do, however, at all times abide by the Australian Consumer Law in relation to any guarantees for our Services.
WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME: We may, in our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the website with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Upon such termination, regardless of the reasons, your right to use the website immediately ceases and you acknowledge and agree we may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files. We may also bar you from any further access to our website. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in connection with such termination or suspension.
